Car title loans in Wood River

Tuesday, January 13th, 2009

My wife and I were happy for twenty years. Then we met.

OK, I stole that line from Rodney Dangerfield.  I saw him in St. Louis back when he was alive and performing.  But it’s a good line.  It makes me think of when I met my wife at Belk Park off Rock Hill Road. It was a fine day for a good game of golf.  A buddy introduced us, we dated, fell in love, married within about eight months, and then I got to know her.

Sparing you the details, we got divorced late last year.  And she cleaned me out — the house, the good car, I didn’t even have furniture when I moved to my apartment.  But there was a silver lining in my keeping the old car.  The beautiful thing is it was paid for, which meant I could use it for a car title loan to finance buying some furniture.  See, she also maxed out the credit cards which more or less destroyed my ability to buy anything on credit.

Car title loans are really easy in the Internet age.  You go online, fill out the forms and you’re done in about ten minutes.  As long as you don’t get distracted in the process (hello, porn?).  So I recommend it to every guy who gets taken to the cleaners by an ex-wife.  It’s easy money access when you need it most.

By the way Wood River is near Roxana, Wanda, Hartford, East Alton, and Bethalto.

Car title loans in East Alton

Tuesday, January 13th, 2009

They say before you get married, you need to keep your eyes wide open.  After that, half shut.

Girl, do I know THAT.  When I met Bill, he was a strapping pile of boy.  The boy remains, but he’s mostly just a pile now.  Oh well, he loves me and provides through it all.

Except, I lost my job in Edwardsville last year, and there are not a lot of new jobs available there, here in East Alton, or Collinsville, Granite City, Alton, Highland, Madison, Troy or Venice or any other place nearby.  And what Bill doesn’t know is that sofa we bought last year in St. Louis was not $250 like I told him, it was $2500.  Guys are funny, they have NO IDEA what things really cost.  I was planning on paying it off myself instead of going through the whole “justify this expense for me again” thing.  However, with no job, no income and about $1700 remaining on the payments, I had to find a solution.

The answer was an East Alton Car Title Loan, an easy way to finance things when your car is paid for (and oh yeah, thanks for not letting me get a new car last year, Bill).  So car title loans can get you cash for things you need, or needed as is my situation, fast and easy and all online.  Problem solved.

By the way East Alton is near Hartford, Bethalto, Alton, Wood River, and Brighton.
