Loan Modification in Chicago

Friday, January 30th, 2009

I wanted to tell everyone of this great Chicago company called Mortgage-Help-Center. These guys helped me so much and I want to share my story with the public. I gave them permission to use this story but they did not ask me to do it. I wanted to do it.

I was behind in my payments. I was actually about to go 3 months behind and I was getting non-stop calls from the bank. I kept asking them if they would help me and maybe push the payments back but they were not even the least bit interested in helping me. All they cared about is telling me that they would have to take action soon which I figured was they were going to foreclose on me.

So I got an email from Mortgage Help Center and to be honest, I was a bit nervous. The ad said they could stop a foreclosure and that was enough for me to go to their web site. I filled out the few questions they asked for on the site and in about 10 minutes someone called. A nice gentleman named Fred. Anyway, I explained the deal to Fred and he said that there was a couple things they could do for me which I never thought was possible. First, they could get me a fixed rate instead of an adjustable. Big news because my adjustable just went up 2 points. He also said they could get my past due payments forgiven. Finally they could even lower my principal a bit and get a longer term on my loan.

I checked and sure enough they have an attorney on board that is pretty well known so I did it. In less than a week it was done. Now get this, I dont have to make a payment for 3 more months on TOP of all the things Fred told me about. I figured this saved me tens of thousands of dollars and most importantly stopped the foreclosure form happening.

Thanks guys and for all you readers out there.. use them. Just click that link I put in above. They can help stop a foreclosure in Chicago and do a lot more with their loan modification program.

By the way Chicago is near, Des Plaines, Hoffman Estates, Naperville, Orland Park, and Oak Park.

Car Title Loans in Oak Park

Thursday, January 29th, 2009

I love Oak Park, but sometimes I think we’re a little too PC.  That’s why I laughed at a bumper sticker I saw the other day, “honk if you love peace and quiet.”

My next door neighbors could use a little help in the peace/quiet front.  They have parties in the back yard all summer long, and while we’re friends with them, we get no relief.  I never felt comfortable going out in the back just to read a book in the sunshine. And I’m sure they don’t want to see me in my swim suit.  So I looked into getting a wood fence, about five feet high.  It was $900, and I didn’t have much extra cash lying around.  So I heard you could borrow money from your car, sorta, with a car title loan.

I went online and sure enough, I found Oak Park Title Loans, a great place for car title loans.  You don’t have to go to some scary store in the city, you just take ten minutes to fill out the application.  The money is available in a day or two, depending on how you do it. So I was able to put up that fence before the next weekend, when the next party was held.  I get my privacy, they get their party without having to look at me – that’s worth honking a horn. ;)

Oak Park is also near River forest, Elmwood Park, Maywood, River Grove, and Berwyn

Car Title Loans in Franklin Park

Monday, January 19th, 2009

My husband Jose and I moved from Chicago to Franklin Park ten years ago because of the many jobs here. But with the closing of his plant in 2006, he started driving to O’Hare where he found his new job.

But last year, United cut back on their flights which affected his job too. He still was working parttime, but the problem was when the car needed repair we didn’t have the extra money for that. He needs his car to get to work, so we didn’t know what to do.

Then my friend Marisol told me to go to Franklin Park Title Loans. That’s where they give you money for your car title if you are done with the car payments. We are, so that worked really well. Jose paid for the repair and now he’s confident of the car working every day so he can make the trip in to work. He hopes they give him more hours again soon or to get more hours with another company.

By the way Franklin Park is near Northlake, Melrose Park, Berkeley, Bellwood, and Oak Park.

Car Title Loans in Cicero

Thursday, January 15th, 2009

My husband thinks he’s an athlete because he goes to Sportsmans Park to play the horses. I supposed there’s some aerobic value to the 20 or 30 times he jumps up into the air to see his fillies lose. Maybe even more comes from that grinding, stomach churning feeling he gets when he loses race after race. The real workout comes when he arrives home and dances around my questions about where he was, what was he doing and how much he lost.

Fortunately for both of us, I keep charge of all the finances in the house. He gets his recreational allowance and that’s all he can lose. Everything to pay the bills is hidden from him.

So when I ran into a bunch of bad luck of my own — cutback at work, medical expenses, travel to Cleveland to take care of family, holidays — I had to come up with some ways to manage (dear horse-hubby isn’t going to help much). I went online and found Cicero Title Loans, a great solution when you need cash but can’t sell your car because you need it. A car title loan is also great because you get your money in a day, which is what i needed to pay certain bills on time.

By the way Cicero is near Maywood, Oak Park, Riverside, Berwyn, and Forest Park.
