The life of a bodybuilder is tough. I am on a strict diet and workout schedule. I weigh myself several times throughout a day and need to get at least 8 hours of sleep. On top of being a professional bodybuilder, I am a personal trainer at a local gym. Between gym memberships, supplements, nutrition, and other miscellaneous fees that come along with being a bodybuilder, I spend close to $1,500 a month. It’s a lot of money, but there is nothing better than seeing all the results that come along with hard work. Unfortunately, about a month ago, I blew out my knee while doing squats. I have been doing physical therapy everyday, but I saw no progress. I visited the doctor again and he told me I would need to surgically repair my knee. As a personal trainer, you can’t make money when you are physically unable to train. The recovery time from surgery is 6 months. At that point, I can start to train people again. The fact that I cannot perform my job for 6 months, on top of not being able to workout and better my own physique is extremley stressful and that’s why I sought out help.
