Got money, saved time at Birmingham Car Title Loans

Wednesday, February 4th, 2009

I was reading the first toilet ever seen on television was on “Leave It To Beaver.” Which is funny because my mother said their family kept the outhouse until the 1970s. I don’t know why, she said it was because they are frugal people.

And that’s something they pass down in our family.  My mother is so frugal she reuses coffee filters and tea bags. My brother is so frugal he takes his foot off the gas if he sees a red light three blocks away. I’m so frugal … well, I’m not quite so frugal.

Last month I spent beyond my paycheck.  No biggie, done it before. But I’m topped out on my credit card balance, so I couldn’t borrow any more there. My problem is my car broke down and it needed repairs. The repairs would cost $600.  WAY more than I had. So I went online, looked around at car title loans, and found Birmingham Car Title Loans, a company that even the rest of my family can appreciate. They save you time with a quick application form, approvals in ten minutes and the money is available the next day.

Maybe I don’t save money, but I do save time, and since time is money, isn’t that then the same thing?

Car Title Loans in Avondale

Wednesday, January 21st, 2009

I will never forget how I felt on January 20, 2009. It was a historic day and truly shows what this country is all about. As a young boy who grew up in the 50′s and 60′s, I never could have imagined America electing an African American president. In my childhood, segregation between blacks and whites still existed. Now, just 50 years later, we witnessed an African American become the nation’s 44th President. As an African America, this makes me feel proud. But as a citizen of America, this makes me feel even prouder. The steps this nation has taken in half a century are enormous and provide great hope for the future. Anyways, the reason I am so excited to write about this is because I was at the inauguration.

The moment President Obama was elected, I immediately began looking up flights to Washington D.C. The trip was going to cost me around $1,000, and I didn’t have the money to afford this. I was determined to find a way to get to D.C. and watch the event- television coverage just wouldn’t do it. I needed to witness history. I found Avondale Title Loans online and filled out an application for a car title loan. They got me cash the very same day, and I booked my flight and hotel.

The trip was incredible. In fact, I’m writing this blog from my hotel room. Everyone was proud to be an American yesterday. There were times where people were cheering so loud that you could not hear the person next to you. The atmosphere was filled with excitement and hope. Change is coming to America and everyone is embracing it. I just want to send my thanks to Avondale Title Loans for helping me get the money I needed to attend the inauguration.

By the way Avondale is near Goodyear, Phoenix, Sun City, Peoria, and Buckeye.
