I just took a business course at Lawson State after I lost my last job. Which was great, I never knew how to use all my fingers on the keyboard. And that’s when I learned that TYPEWRITER is the longest word that can be made using the letters only one row of the keyboard. Amazing, isn’t it. That’s almost like when there’s a funeral director with the name Bury, or a guy running a fishing boat business is named Rivers. Things like that amaze me.

I’m also amazed at how no matter how cautious I am with money, there just are times when you can’t win. I had just finished paying for my car, after four years of monthly payments, and WHAM, I get sideswiped by some kid on meth or something. He took off, I didn’t get his license plates and they never found him.  Meanwhile, I was only carrying liability coverage on my car, not collision, and I was stuck with an $800 bill unless I was willing to drive around with plastic on a window and the passenger door not able to open.

That’s when I figured out how car title loans work. You go online, fill out a form and the money you need gets there in two days. So I used Car Title Loans in Pelham, because they were super nice and easy to work with. It made sense to me to use my car to cover a car repair cost. I paid back the loan in about six weeks and everything is a-ok again.
